Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

Capable to fully implement, design, repair, and troubleshoot network info structure functions.  In the following areas Network Operation Systems Windows  Local a Networking Desktop Support/Consultant Servicing Workstations Break/Fix Help Desk role (Remote Access) Phone Technical Support.  The capabilities of the Pure Alliance Solutions are to ensure the best and reliable service and technical skills ranging from a variety of networking expertise. I am able to produce delivery of Services and Products on time to the specifications of the customers.

 

 

 

 

LAN Specialist

Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system. Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Desktop Support/Consultant

Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. Troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Blackberries, Laptops, PCs, Macs and Printers Oversee remote desktop connection and visit user locations.  Document issues and resolutions addressed in Service Desk Knowledgebase.
